Custom and personalized orders

We can accommodate requests for your own design or logo that you personally own or represent. For logo inquiries, please send us a message with the following details for confirmation and an accurate quotation:

  • Need by date
  • Item type and quantity
  • Vector file of the logo (AI, SVG, EPS)

Can you change the shipping address?

No, we ship to the address listed on the invoice. If you need to change the address, please place a new order with the updated address. The first order will be a placeholder and will be canceled and refunded. If the order has already been shipped and is returned to sender, you will need to pay the shipping cost to have it re-shipped.

I need this by X. Will it get here in time?

Normal processing time is 3-5 business days (M-F). With one day processing, orders placed before 7 PM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Most products are shipped via USPS First Class Package Services (2-5 business days*). USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days*) is available on check out. Orders shipped within CA will typically arrive within 2-3 business days*.

*These dates are only delivery estimates. We are not responsible for transit delays and we do not guarantee delivery by a certain date. We are not responsible for packages that are missing/stolen after delivery.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday via USPS or UPS(USPS holidays and major holidays may be excluded). At our discretion, we may require signature confirmation for orders over $100. We do not offer local in person pick up or delivery.
